The terms of use of the Service including the conditions for concluding an agreement for the provision of electronic services, are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services Provided on the Website

The Website is intended for advertising services provided by the Service Provider. The Website also enables individuals interested in the Service Provider's offer to make direct contact electronically.

Through the Website, the User can, in particular: a) use the contact form to familiarize themselves with the Service Provider's offer, b) post comments under materials posted by the Service Provider, c) consent to receiving commercial information, including subscribing to the Newsletter.

Access to the Website and the provision of the services mentioned above are free of charge. Any information provided on the Website, including prices and service descriptions, does not constitute an offer but an invitation to enter into an agreement.

Agreement Conclusion and Its Duration

The agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded at the User's request upon utilizing any functionality on the website. The conclusion of the agreement for the provision of electronic services is possible after the User confirms familiarity with these Regulations and the Privacy Policy and accepts their provisions.

The agreement is concluded upon receipt of the request for the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider.

The agreement for the provision of electronic services regarding the receipt of commercial information, including the Newsletter, is concluded for an indefinite period.

Using the Service

The User is obligated to use the services provided by the Service in accordance with their nature and purpose, good practices, and legal regulations.

The Service Provider will unblock access to the Service after the User fulfills all obligations imposed on them by the Service Provider to restore a state compliant with legal regulations, the Terms and Conditions, or good practices.

In case the User encounters difficulties accessing the Service, they should promptly contact the Service Provider to resolve the issue.

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that services provided through the Service are delivered consistently and without disruption. However, the Service Provider is not liable for disruptions in the functioning of the Service resulting from factors beyond the Service Provider's control and without their fault, particularly for disruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, unauthorized interference with the Service by Users or other third parties, Internet network failures, or hardware malfunctions.

The Service Provider is not liable, except as specified in applicable law, for materials provided or published by the User on the Service and their content.

Processing of Personal Data

The data controller is the Service Provider. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and other applicable regulations.

Data obtained by the Administrator prior to the conclusion of the agreement, during the conclusion of the agreement, as well as during its performance, is processed in connection with the following purposes: (a) your consent to the processing of data for a specific purpose (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), (b) the necessity of performing contracts concluded by you with the Administrator, as well as actions taken before the conclusion of the said contracts at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), (c) the necessity of fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your personal data may be processed in connection with the legitimate interest of the Administrator to secure and assert claims, as well as for direct marketing of services provided by the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and proper performance of the agreement. For the proper provision of services, the Administrator may disclose your personal data to entities providing hosting services and entities from the IT industry that support the Administrator in the proper provision of services, such as the hosting provider. The Administrator processes personal data obtained directly from you (individuals whose data concerns). Personal data collected for the conclusion or performance of the agreement and to fulfill a legal obligation by the Administrator is stored for a period necessary for: (1) securing or asserting any claims arising from the agreement, (2) performing the agreement (e.g. handling complaints), (3) fulfilling a legal obligation imposed on the Administrator (resulting, e.g., from accounting and tax regulations). Personal data processed for marketing purposes, including providing the Newsletter service and other purposes not mentioned above, will be processed until the withdrawal of previously given consent for processing for this purpose or until the objection is raised. You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, the right to object to its processing, and the right to data portability. Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
